A very drinkable pumpkin ale not too sweet and not too spicy. Im hoping you all can tell me how this recipe looks. I like to be creative (at the risk of completely destroying the beer) so I didnt simply want to copy a clone recipe.
Begins with a solid pumpkin flavor followed by subtle pumpkin pie spicing. Im trying to concoct a recipe that will produce a beer similar to the Elysian Night Owl. Smells of pumpkin with a hint of spice and brown sugar. Pours hazy orange amber with a whipped-creamy head.
